PBIS

PBIS

PBIS, which stands for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, is a framework that schools use to promote positive behavior and improve school-wide safety.  It's a proactive approach that focuses on teaching and reinforcing positive behaviors, rather than solely relying on punishment. PBIS aims to create a positive, predictable, and safe learning environment for all students by establishing clear expectations, teaching appropriate behavior, and providing supports for students who need them.

PBIS is a comprehensive approach to behavior management that seeks to create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students by focusing on prevention, positive reinforcement, and data-driven decision making.
